Hi, we have called the immigration office. They said that he can change his company with his current visa if the reason is his contract ended. He should submit some report to the immigration office within 15 days after changing jobs. This can be done in Seoul. (However, if the position is a designer, sales officer, hotel reception office, clothes coordinator, sea cucumber farmer, shipbuilding expert and engineer’s representative of manufacturing business, construction industry and agriculture, he may need to submit more paperwork.)

My Husband is currently working in Seoul on E7 Visa.
His contract with the current company will be over by June 2013.
Can he change the company on his current visa or has to apply again.
And to do so do we have to go back to India or it can be done in Seoul only.

Usually motel owners do not get reservation in advance. For sure, you can just call them few hours before coming to make sure if they have available room (phone numbers are available in the sites). You do not have to worry, because there are many motels around U-square and they have many rooms.
