Subway
There is only one subway line in Gwangju: the trains heading towards Sangmu operate from 5:30 am to 11:40 pm daily and the trains heading towards Sotae operate from 5:50 am to midnight daily. Train intervals are usually around eight to ten minutes. During peak hours, the train interval is usually around five minutes. The Subway Line Map can be found at the back of the guidebook.
