I tried to find an English speaking psychology at Chondae. No takers! I guess we should list psychologists in Seoul since we have been unable to find and support Gwangju or Jeollanamdo based psychologists. Sorry!
We find Psychology Dept. from Chosun Univ. Hospital. The doctors can speak English but in case they cannot understand fully, there will be interpreters who might be able to do so. We keep on looking for more, if possible English native-speakers in Gwangju. Thank you, Maria, you have been more than helpful already!

And in case of US, people call 911 for Police, Fire, EMS. But in korea, 112 is the call number for police, and 119 is the call number for Fire, EMS.
So, if a foreigner calls 112 or 119, he(or she) can communicate with police officer and fire(EMS) officer. But in this case, police officers and fire(EMS) officers will be helped by interpreter. Those interpreters are not working in call(112, 119) center, but they can help officers communicate with foreigners like [caller interpreter police officer and fire(EMS) officer]
As a result, to report a crime to police officer, just call ‘112′ with your phone.
