There are many places in Gwangju where you can learn the ways of preserving your health through meditation and breathing. You can visit Kouk Sun-Do (국선도), Hanul-ma.um (하늘마음수련), Dan-world (단월드) and Soosunjae (수선재). They have several locations in Gwangju.
